You'll own end-to-end recruiting across business functions while scaling hiring systems for a high-growth startup. You will directly shape how the company builds teams and improve hiring quality, speed, and consistency. This role blends strategic talent leadership with deep operational execution.
π― What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across business, GTM, operations, finance, and leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and interview criteria.
- Develop outbound sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Lead structured interview processes and drive offer strategy including compensation and closing.
π Requirements
- 8-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with business, GTM, or leadership hiring.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while maintaining hiring signal quality.
- Experience building or improving recruiting systems like interview frameworks or ATS processes.
- Strong sourcing expertise with proactive outbound searches for competitive roles.

- Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem or similar tools.
