🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across business, GTM, operations, finance, and leadership roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and interview criteria.
  • Develop outbound sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Lead structured interview processes and drive offer strategy including compensation and closing.

  • 8-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with business, GTM, or leadership hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while maintaining hiring signal quality.
  • Experience building or improving recruiting systems like interview frameworks or ATS processes.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with proactive outbound searches for competitive roles.
