💼 About This Role

You'll join a small Platform Engineering team building Sei into a world-class L1 for decentralized finance. You'll own infrastructure, release engineering, and observability. This role makes the safe path the default path for every engineer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Docker/Kubernetes harnesses for stress and scale testing.
• Consolidate CI/CD into reusable, standardized workflows.
• Create a single pane of glass for metrics, traces, and logs.
• Run bug and vulnerability workflow end to end.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production systems at scale.
• Security fundamentals including threat modeling and vulnerability classes.
• Distributed consensus understanding at the algorithmic level.
• Benchmarking & performance bottleneck analysis ability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Blockchain or web3 infrastructure experience.
• Multi-cloud cost optimization experience.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted security tooling.
