Description

You will lead compensation operations, design competitive rewards programs, and drive process improvements at MongoDB. Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation Operations, you'll manage compensation cycles, ensure pay equity and compliance, and empower leaders with tools and training.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of global compensation experience
• Experience developing and administering compensation programs
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across geographies
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets; SuccessFactors preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure compensation offerings (base pay, bonuses, equity) are competitive and aligned with goals
• Partner with Finance on budget tracking, reporting, and forecasting
• Streamline compensation operations and leverage technology for global processes
• Lead compliance and pay equity initiatives, including EU directives
• Manage compensation cycles (merit, promotions, bonuses) end-to-end
