💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of Site Reliability Engineers to build the future of the Fivetran Data Platform Reliability. You'll take ownership of overall infrastructure performance and deployment pipeline robustness, driving effective incident response and issue avoidance. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and impact a fast-growing data platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor production infrastructure availability, capacity, and throughput.
• Coordinate critical bug fixes and reprioritize for support or sales needs.
• Interface with engineering to ensure 100% availability via roadmap improvements.
• Ensure scalable artifact deployments to all environments via automation scripts.
• Monitor infrastructure vulnerabilities and remediate with the security team.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience working with SaaS products at scale.
• Working knowledge of managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Experience with cloud platforms and tooling: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting and Go language.

• Experience with Java.
• Experience with cloud networking like VPNs, PrivateLinks, and Private Service Connect.
