💼 About This Role

You'll own technical rate loading and management for a large hotel supply portfolio at a fast-growing travel and fintech platform. Your work directly improves rate quality, coverage, and operational efficiency. This role combines deep analysis with automation to scale rate operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own rate loading inquiries end-to-end in the ARI Intake board.
• Investigate and resolve complex rate discrepancies across supply systems.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to validate rates and automate workflows.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting and dashboards for rate quality and coverage.
• Build recurring reports and process documentation for rate operations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical operations, business analyst, or analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Python proficiency for data manipulation and automation scripts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing rates in GDS (Amadeus and/or Sabre).
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or rate-driven industry.
• Exposure to Looker, dbt, or REST APIs.
