💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical motion for every strategic and enterprise deal at Flex, embedded with sales from first call through go-live. You will turn interest into live merchants and be the voice of the customer inside Flex, directly influencing product and engineering's roadmap. This is a rare opportunity to define how a category-creating company sells to enterprise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the technical narrative for every enterprise deal from discovery to go-live
• Design custom integration architectures for complex merchant-built checkouts
• Deliver live POCs, sandbox demos, and integration walkthroughs
• Synthesize enterprise feedback into product and engineering roadmap
• Create reusable enablement assets like reference architectures and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering
• 3+ years selling into enterprise
• Ability to read API docs, sketch integrations, and ship POCs
• Background in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or healthtech strongly preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• HSA/FSA, benefits, or regulated payments experience
• Experience building feedback channels into product orgs
• Experience at a seed or Series A/B company
