You will support the Practice Access Management team by maintaining provider accounts in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, and conducting outbound calls to provider offices for marketing opt-ins and information validation. Your work bridges data quality and provider engagement, enabling successful account growth.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in operations, admin support, data entry, or sales operations
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills for professional outreach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain provider accounts and contacts in Salesforce
  • Clean up records by fixing duplicates and ensuring proper account hierarchy
  • Complete and validate required account fields for downstream workflows
  • Make outbound calls to provider offices for opt-ins and verification
  • Document handoffs to PAM team with accurate notes
