💼 About This Role

You'll join Dun & Bradstreet as a Senior Attorney, assisting with global management of employment law and commercial litigation. You'll provide day-to-day legal support for the HR team on employee relations, investigations, and compliance. This role offers the chance to shape legal strategy at a global leader in business data and analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Provide employment law** support to HR on employee relations and investigations.
• **Manage global litigation** including discovery, e-discovery, and legal hold processes.
• **Resolve third-party disputes** with customers, vendors, and data subjects.
• **Support M&A diligence** and integration from a legal perspective.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) with 5+ years of employment litigation/counseling experience.
• Substantial e-discovery experience including preservation and review of electronic records.
• Strong knowledge of employment law (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, ERISA).
• Ability to travel up to 5-10% of time.
