๐ผ About This Role
You'll own and grow ButterflyMX's integrator and reseller partner network across the Central territory (Midwest and Mid-Atlantic). You'll execute partner onboarding, deal registration, and quarterly business reviews. This role is a quota-carrying revenue owner driving partner-sourced deal flow.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and grow partner relationships across all tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Run whale hunting, tier progression, and commercial vertical development.
- Identify target integrators using project intelligence tools.
- Build joint business plans and run quarterly QBRs.
- Partner with internal AEs on co-sell motion and maintain deal registration.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in channel sales or partner management role.
- Track record of building and growing partner relationships.
- Fluency in Salesforce and Excel.
- Willingness to travel 50% in-territory.

- Existing integrator relationships in the Central territory.
- Experience selling into commercial verticals like retail or mixed-use.
- Familiarity with access control or security industry.
