Requirements
- 1-3 years in sales development, outbound prospecting, or cold calling
- RN, BSN, or equivalent clinical background strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- Results-driven, resilient, and coachable
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect via cold calling, email, and social outreach
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and pain points
- Assess prospect fit and urgency; articulate value proposition
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings for field sales partners
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
