🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document functional and non-functional business requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, process maps, wireframes, and workflow documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release management activities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile delivery.
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functional expertise.
• Experience creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
