💼 About This Role

You'll drive net-new revenue acquisition for Notion's mid-market segment (500–3,000 employee organizations) and own complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from pipeline generation to close. You'll thrive as a hunter building business in greenfield territories with strong territory ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own net-new revenue acquisition across a defined territory
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account planning
  • Build executive relationships and lead complex sales cycles
  • Close complex net-new business consistently at or above quota

📋 Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • New logo acquisition success in mid-market or enterprise segments
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline in greenfield territories
  • Experience managing complex buying groups and executive stakeholders
