💼 About This Role
You'll drive net-new revenue acquisition for Notion's mid-market segment (500–3,000 employee organizations) and own complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from pipeline generation to close. You'll thrive as a hunter building business in greenfield territories with strong territory ownership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own net-new revenue acquisition across a defined territory
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account planning
- Build executive relationships and lead complex sales cycles
- Close complex net-new business consistently at or above quota
📋 Requirements
- 3-6+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- New logo acquisition success in mid-market or enterprise segments
- Proven ability to generate pipeline in greenfield territories
- Experience managing complex buying groups and executive stakeholders
