• Oversee Global Partner Program Specialists' performance and results
• Act as escalation point for partner-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success
• Monitor team performance metrics and alignment with program objectives

📋 Requirements

• Advanced English speaker, fluent in verbal and written English
• 3-5 years of experience in Partner Programs, Partner/Customer Support, or similar
• Experience managing people and building teams
• Experience in partner or customer service role

• Exposure to channel programs
• Ability to deliver presentations to executive audiences
