You'll own the post-sales data model in Salesforce and design the renewal pipeline infrastructure for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You'll partner with CS, Finance, and RevOps to drive GRR and NRR reporting. This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company redefining enterprise AI for finance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Salesforce post-sales data model including account health and renewal tracking
- Design and maintain renewal pipeline with stage definitions and forecasting methodology
- Build customer health framework with product usage and engagement dashboards
- Partner with Finance and Legal on contract infrastructure and renewal workflows
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at B2B SaaS
- Strong Salesforce proficiency and experience with CS platform administration
- Experience building cohort retention models and ARR/NRR reports
- Experience supporting renewal forecasting process in a high-growth environment
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with consumption-based or hybrid billing models
- Experience with professional services or advisory revenue operations
- Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
