💼 About This Role

You'll own the borrower-facing experiences driving Prosper's core business, building and maintaining React Native and React applications within a monorepo. Your work will directly impact conversion and borrower satisfaction while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. You'll join a team investing heavily in AI across engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver web and mobile experiences.
• Own projects end-to-end from design through launch and iteration.
• Build and evolve React and React Native apps in a monorepo.
• Integrate with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
• Drive improvements in performance, testing, accessibility, and DX.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with BS or 6+ with MS in CS/EE.
• Deep proficiency in React, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL (Apollo) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with monorepos (pnpm, Turborepo) and CI/CD.

• Experience with Expo and mobile deployment workflows.
• Background in fintech, lending, or regulated industries.
• Native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).
