Description

You will be abstracting and coding patient information from medical records to meet the requirements of various target registries. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a flexible schedule and a balanced work-life experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Available for at least 60 abstraction hours monthly
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Reside in the continental United States

Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records for target registries
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
