You'll perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more for a shopping center environment. You'll complete service requests promptly and ensure a safe, clean facility. This role offers hands-on work with diverse maintenance tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Repair doors, windows, locks, gates, fencing, and roofing.
• Support apartment turns, including make-ready and move-in/out inspections.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate logs.

📋 Requirements

• Related maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification for refrigerant handling required.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

🚩 Heads Up

• On-call rotation includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical demands include frequent lifting, bending, and climbing.
