You will orchestrate a 'follow-the-sun' production model, managing digital, film, and AI-generated assets across Monks' global network. Acting as the vital link between clients in Japan and production hubs worldwide, you'll ensure projects are delivered with precision and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of production experience in an agency or production house.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, integrated campaigns for global brands.
• Experience with automotive production (CGI car rigs, rights clearances, precision shooting) is highly valued.
• Native-level Japanese and professional English proficiency.
• Understanding of AI tools, 3D pipelines, and CMS platforms (no coding required).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production workflows across multiple global offices, ensuring seamless handoffs between Tokyo and EMEA/NA/APAC hubs.
• Optimize resource allocation by identifying the best talent for each project (e.g., CGI in LA, localized platform in Singapore).
• Implement rigorous QC processes that balance Japanese craftsmanship standards with digital-first agency speed.
• Oversee AI-first workflows using Generative AI for versioning, localization, and asset creation to reduce overhead.
• Lead projects involving real-time rendering (Unreal Engine) and virtual photography, bridging creative ambition with technical feasibility.
