💼 About This Role

You'll own the customer onboarding and implementation process for food distributors in the UK&I region. You'll build and execute structured onboarding programs that directly impact time-to-go-live and adoption. This role offers real ownership and equity at a unicorn company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own onboarding lifecycle from post-sale to go-live
• Build and run implementation programs for distributors
• Manage risks and dependencies across multiple implementations
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Solution Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in implementation or project management
• Fluency in English (C1/C2)
• Comfort in fast-moving environments with multiple projects
• Strong judgment in real-world trade-offs across timelines and customer needs
