๐ผ About This Role
You'll architect and manage an enterprise risk management program for a US federal government client, using NIST and FAIR methodologies. You'll directly work with executive stakeholders to shape risk processes and inform budget decisions. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team and drive continuous improvement in a high-impact environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Work directly with executive clients to architect ERM program and process.
- Develop program roadmap for maturing and advancing ERM program.
- Facilitate hierarchy of ERM forums including Executive Risk Function.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the ERM Specialist and daily team activities.
๐ Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, ERM, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise risk management.
- Experience developing and implementing ERM processes, policies, and tools.
