You'll architect and manage an enterprise risk management program for a US federal government client, using NIST and FAIR methodologies. You'll directly work with executive stakeholders to shape risk processes and inform budget decisions. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team and drive continuous improvement in a high-impact environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Work directly with executive clients to architect ERM program and process.
  • Develop program roadmap for maturing and advancing ERM program.
  • Facilitate hierarchy of ERM forums including Executive Risk Function.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the ERM Specialist and daily team activities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, ERM, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise risk management.
  • Experience developing and implementing ERM processes, policies, and tools.

  • Experience with risk registry tools including requirements gathering and implementation.
