You will train large language models by testing and improving their understanding of explosive engineering topics such as detonation physics, blast wave propagation, and safety protocols. Your role involves conversing with AI, verifying factual accuracy, and capturing error traces to harden model reasoning.

Requirements

• PhD in explosive engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred
• Published research, defense or demolition work, or hands-on detonation testing projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI on real-world explosive scenarios and theoretical engineering problems
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces and identify failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
