📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-growth environments (consulting, VC, tech ops).
• Strong academic background in Systems Engineering, Management Science, or MBA.
• Strong systems thinking mindset with ability to optimize complex processes.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, automation tools, and workflow optimization.
