💼 About This Role

You'll own financial planning and strategic analysis for ElevenLabs' product lines, partnering with Product leadership on investment decisions. Your insights will directly influence how we allocate resources and scale. This role is fully remote within EMEA, with optional office hubs in New York, London, and Warsaw.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across product lines
• Partner with Product leadership on investment decisions and pricing
• Define and track metrics like usage growth, contribution margin, and payback periods
• Support operations teams with headcount planning and budget management

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in finance, strategy, or analytical roles
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Experience partnering with product or business teams on strategic decisions

• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
• Familiarity with AI or audio technology industry
