You'll troubleshoot and resolve identity access management issues for Saviynt's AI-powered platform. Your work ensures customers' digital assets are secure and operational efficiency is maintained. You'll collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and drive customer satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers to explain issues and solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported incidents
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents
• Publish knowledge articles and technical documents

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IGA solutions
• Hands-on IAM tool configuration (Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc.)
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services
• Scripting experience in Shell, Javascript, Python, or Groovy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with SSO providers
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
