Description

You will establish and maintain the Quality Management System for our production process, working hands-on with engineering and production teams to ensure quality is integrated into daily operations. This role is foundational and involves writing procedures, leading root cause investigations, and driving improvements as we scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years cross-functional quality experience with engineering, production, and supply chain
• 2+ years authoring quality procedures in production environment (shop, high bay, etc.)
• Experience leading a small team of engineers and specialists
• Working knowledge of FMEA, SPC, GD&T
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) for production scale-up
• Collaborate with design engineers on quality control plans and inspection strategies
• Drive improvements using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies
• Align quality roadmap with business objectives and production scale-up plan, including ISO9001 certification
• Support investigations into NCRs, initiatives, and projects
