Description
You will lead a high-performing Technical Account Management team, providing technical consultation and optimization to customers across Hootsuite's tech stack. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other leaders to drive product adoption and services revenue, while managing team performance and operational metrics.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant work experience including 3-5 years management experience in a fast-growing SaaS company
- Proven leadership and executive-level communication skills
- Experience collaborating with leaders across multiple departments including Sales and Product
- Open communication and ability to influence business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing team including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Develop vision and direction of Technical Account Management Services Program
- Partner with Sales and Enablement to build GTM assets and maintain technical documentation
- Own and optimize service-related templates and best practices
- Drive additional revenue from technical account services and maximize consumption of recurring paid services
