Description

As an Applied AI team member, you will be a Pre-Sales architect helping enterprises understand and integrate Claude. You'll combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing skills to architect LLM solutions for complex business challenges, guiding customers from discovery to deployment while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or TAM)
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Comfortable with Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks or machine learning background

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Serve as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers during adoption journey from discovery to deployment
• Create and deliver compelling technical content for engineering teams and executives
• Guide technical architecture decisions for integrating Claude with existing technology stack
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance
