You'll drive end-to-end delivery of features for a globally scaled social discovery platform used by millions. Working in a fully remote environment, you'll shape technical decisions and improve application performance across Android and iOS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business features from design to release
• Design and implement scalable Flutter-based mobile applications
• Review technical specs and present architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product, QA, backend, and architecture teams
• Ensure app stability, performance, and security across platforms

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management
• Experience building responsive UI and high-performance interfaces
• Knowledge of mobile lifecycle, performance optimization, and debugging

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry
• Exposure to app store deployment and native Android/iOS integrations
