💼 About This Role

You'll join Verkor, a French industrial company pioneering low-carbon battery manufacturing. You'll lead maintenance improvement and reliability projects for a state-of-the-art Gigafactory supporting electric vehicle production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Understand equipment and provide technical support to maintenance teams
• Develop and update maintenance documentation and procedures
• Implement Maintenance Excellence principles (5S, poka-yoke, CBM)
• Conduct reliability analyses (Pareto, 5 whys, FMEA) and track KPIs

📋 Requirements

• Bac+5 (Master's degree) in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• Experience in industrial maintenance or maintenance methods
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• CMMS and maintenance tools proficiency

• Experience with special industrial machinery
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance 4.0 solutions
