💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits. You'll also assist in daily operations and meeting sales targets. This role allows you to use your fandom knowledge to drive sales and ensure fellow fans get the merch they love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership when manager is away
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds
