๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the global sales enablement strategy for an AI-native workforce management company, scaling programs across the UK and US teams. Your core impact will be building AI-driven enablement experiences that directly drive revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting to the Global VP of Sales with a clear path to Director scope.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own global sales enablement strategy and roadmap
- Iterate and scale onboarding and ramp programs across roles
- Design region-specific enablement for US and UK teams
- Partner with product marketing on new module launches
- Build interactive, AI-native enablement experiences
๐ Requirements
- Senior-level sales enablement experience with strategic ownership
- Proven experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments
- Builder mindset: taken enablement from rough to scaled
- Commercially oriented, measuring success in revenue terms
โจ Nice to Have
- Scaled enablement from early stage to mature
- Direct exposure to enterprise sales or quota-carrying role
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodology
