You'll own the global sales enablement strategy for an AI-native workforce management company, scaling programs across the UK and US teams. Your core impact will be building AI-driven enablement experiences that directly drive revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting to the Global VP of Sales with a clear path to Director scope.

  • Own global sales enablement strategy and roadmap
  • Iterate and scale onboarding and ramp programs across roles
  • Design region-specific enablement for US and UK teams
  • Partner with product marketing on new module launches
  • Build interactive, AI-native enablement experiences

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Senior-level sales enablement experience with strategic ownership
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments
  • Builder mindset: taken enablement from rough to scaled
  • Commercially oriented, measuring success in revenue terms

  • Scaled enablement from early stage to mature
  • Direct exposure to enterprise sales or quota-carrying role
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodology
