You'll build AI features for sales engagement at a fast-growing startup. Your work directly impacts revenue and user experience as you iterate on agent-driven outreach tools. You'll also work directly with customers in shared Slack channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI features end to end that drive revenue
• Work directly with customers to validate features
• Make foundational technical decisions on agent memory and primitives
• Mentor team members through code reviews and pairing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Depth in React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
• Production experience with AI features (debugging agents, building evals)
• Based in San Francisco for in-office 3 days/week
