💼 About This Role

You'll edit video content for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and organic channels for Base, America's next-generation power company. Your work will make the complex world of energy feel human and relatable through visual storytelling. You'll collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce polished, on-brand ads and social clips that actually perform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit video content for paid social campaigns and organic channels.
• Turn raw footage and a brief into polished, on-brand edits quickly.
• Build and maintain the digital asset management system, including organizing files.
• Shoot basic supplemental video on iPhone to fill gaps in existing footage.

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio or reel showing clean, purposeful editing.
• Understanding of paid social media content and ad formats.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Photoshop are a plus).
• Ability to shoot basic video on iPhone, DSLR or mirrorless cameras.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with After Effects or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with digital asset management platforms like Air.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
