You'll curate and maintain Worldly's knowledge base to ensure customers have accurate, up-to-date information. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document product knowledge, and leverage AI tools to scale content creation. This role is key to driving our mission of sustainable supply chain intelligence.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Curate, organize, and maintain Worldly's help center and knowledge base.
  • Define and execute knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage communication with partner organizations like Cascale for Higg Index updates.
  • Optimize Worldly AI Assistance capabilities by managing knowledge base articles.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience creating customer documentation and training content.
  • Knowledge base platform experience (Zendesk, Confluence, Hubspot, Notion, etc.).
  • Project management experience managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS organization.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in ESG, supply chain, or responsible sourcing industries.
  • Knowledge of Higg Index tools or Worldly platform.
  • Multilingual content creation experience.
