💼 About This Role

You'll lead service field teams to support Paytm's QR & Sound Box business for merchants, managing SLA, logistics, and team performance. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality merchant support and uptime for devices. This role stands out for driving growth in India's leading digital payments ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 15-20 Field Service Engineers
• Ensure SLA compliance for merchant issue resolution
• Oversee forward and reverse logistics from hub to FSE
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Service background in DTH, broadband, or consumer electronics
• Local market knowledge of Chennai area
• Strong inventory management skills
• Graduate degree (Post-graduation preferred)
