You'll drive end-to-end growth and strategy for Meesho's Commerce Platform, owning initiatives across user growth, marketplace, and category verticals. You'll identify 10x impact opportunities through data-driven experiments and scale them to drive GMV. This role offers strategic depth and hands-on execution in a high-ownership environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and size high-impact opportunities through experiments
• Own end-to-end strategy and P&L for a workstream
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives
• Track KPIs and present solutions to senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Strategy & Ops or management consulting
• P&L ownership and execution experience
• Bachelor's or Master's from a top-tier institute
