💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to offer targeted support to students in a school setting. You'll manage classroom behaviors and assist with interventions to help students manage behaviors. The role follows a 10-month school calendar.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Substitute teach as needed
• Manage classroom behaviors
• Report behavioral concerns to appropriate staff
• Implement behavioral program policies and data

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in education-related field, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, social work, health & human services, kinesiology, or sports/recreation
• Substitute Teacher Certificate is required
• At least 23 years of age
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students
