• Build and scale marketplace systems connecting clinician supply to client demand
• Own capacity planning and staffing model strategy
• Lead 24/7 real-time monitoring for marketplace performance
• Drive operational accountability for enterprise client accounts
• Lead a team across supply programs, operations, scheduling, and analytics

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in marketplace operations
• 5+ years leading and scaling teams including managers
• Experience at elite supply/demand marketplace like Uber, Airbnb, or DoorDash
• Hands-on experience with AI and agentic tools to streamline operations
