Description

Lead the technical design and delivery of complex transportation projects using AutoCAD Civil3D, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. You will supervise junior staff, prepare plans and cost estimates, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 5+ years of roadway design experience
• Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain within one year
• Strong writing skills for technical documents and proposals
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for transportation components of complex projects
• Lead development of 3D roadway design models using AutoCAD Civil3D
• Oversee preparation of plan sets, special provisions, and cost estimates
• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budget, and proposal development
• Supervise and train less experienced staff, manage direct reports
