Description

You will own and execute key aspects of the roadmap to build a best-in-class operations experience, improving operational efficiency through internal tools and technology while collaborating with product management and engineering teams to drive conversion and scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Product Management or Product Operations on consumer Internet or SaaS products
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Experience with loan origination software, insurance tech, or developing tools for complex workflows
• Experience working with product designers, managers, and engineering teams
• Experience with internal stakeholders like support and operations

Responsibilities

• Own and execute roadmap for operations experience
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational efficiency via internal tools
• Balance short-term improvements with long-term revenue priorities
• Collaborate with cross-vertical Product Management on systems design
• Translate technical requirements into digestible product workflows
