🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate scheduling and coverage for CSR needs daily.
• Manage relationships with independent reporters and agencies.
• Confirm event details and provide day-of support.
• Handle escalations for late reporters or technical issues.
• Onboard new reporters: verify credentials and provide training.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, vendor management, or logistics.
• Highly organized with spreadsheet-driven attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for external vendor interactions.
• Comfortable making urgent decisions and managing shifting priorities.
• Self-starter in a remote team environment with minimal supervision.
