Description

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Lehigh County. You'll follow personalized care plans and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives with flexible scheduling and 1:1 care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using touch pad tablet
