Description

In this role, you will deliver high-acuity one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester, Rockland, Orange counties and the Bronx. You'll support new case starts, urgent callouts, and complex care needs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Active RN license in New York State
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
• Comfortable with adult and pediatric clients
• Willingness to travel to 3 of 4 areas (Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, Orange)

Responsibilities
