You'll serve as attending physician for patients in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity of care. You'll oversee daily patient management with NPs/PAs and participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management. This role offers flexible scheduling, no on-call, and a supportive clinical team.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license (MD/DO)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in appropriate specialty
• New graduates board-eligible actively pursuing licensing
