You will partner with the Media Supervisor to shape paid social strategy, lead client conversations, and manage campaigns end-to-end. You'll drive growth by identifying testing opportunities, optimizing performance, and collaborating with creative teams to elevate results.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years experience in Paid Social
• Expertise in Meta Ads; LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit preferred
• Experience managing monthly budgets over $100k
• Confident client communication and reporting skills
• Full project ownership from strategy to deployment

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of paid media accounts
• Meet pacing and KPI requirements
• Identify client goals and efficiency requirements
• Increase billing and propose new account opportunities
• Design and deploy monthly/quarterly tests
