You'll join a small, high-ownership team building AI-native infrastructure for the insurance industry. You'll ship production code from day one and own features end-to-end that directly improve how AI agents handle customer conversations. This role offers a chance to shape the future of a $300B+ market at a Y Combinator-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship your first PR to production on day one
• Build real-time voice infrastructure and integrate with insurance platforms
• Own features end-to-end from scoping to shipping

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience building software in internships, coursework, or personal projects
• Comfort working across the stack with TypeScript, React, and Node.js

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or telephony
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based platforms or prompt engineering
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup
