You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring they successfully adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations and workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes.
• Conduct detailed platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration.
• Manage customer data migration processes and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles.
• Project management and organizational skills managing multiple customers.
• Experience with clients and stakeholders across different levels.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or SaaS platforms.
