Description

You will manage signal distribution and networking, including AV-over-IP protocols, EDID/HDCP management, and HDBaseT, while maintaining and calibrating LED Video Walls and troubleshooting immersive audio systems. Your role involves administering Microsoft Teams Rooms, conducting system checks, providing event support, training staff, and coordinating with vendors and IT to ensure smooth AV operations.

Requirements

• Signal distribution networking: AV-over-IP protocols, EDID/HDCP management, HDBaseT
• Specialized hardware: Maintenance and calibration of LED Video Walls
• Immersive audio: Setup and troubleshooting of spatial audio or beamforming microphone arrays
• Hardware integration: Managing control systems like Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS
• Unified Communications (UC) Hybrid Tech, UCaaS Platforms: Expert-level administration of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
• PTZ Camera Control: Managing remote-operated cameras for high-quality streaming
• Bachelor's Degree

• Administer Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) for Unified Communications
• Conduct system checks and provide event support
• Train staff on system usage
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of equipment
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with facility IT on AV issues
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process
• Perform on-site repairs and maintain equipment inventory
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for service and maintenance
