You will ensure the reliability and performance of Starlink ground stations by conducting failure analysis, troubleshooting hardware issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product robustness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's in STEM with 1+ years hardware testing experience, or 4+ years experience without degree
• Experience with electronic testing tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and scripting languages
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Gateway production test systems
• Troubleshoot test system errors and interpret test logs
• Perform detailed failure analysis of gateway hardware
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions
• Monitor yield rates and drive quality improvements
