You'll lead security efforts across Parafin's cloud infrastructure, shaping security posture and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll design controls for identity, threat detection, and incident response while enabling developer velocity. This role offers direct impact on a Series C fintech backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead security posture improvements across infrastructure, applications, and data systems.
• Develop identity, access management, and least-privilege frameworks.
• Establish security monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with compliance teams on SOC 2, PCI DSS controls.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in security operations or application security.
• Strong understanding of AWS security including IAM and VPC.
• Experience with threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container security principles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building a security program at scale.
• Background in security automation or threat modeling.
• Familiarity with SAST/DAST integration or dependency scanning.
